A PBS live broadcast!

The 2010 Fair@Square fair trade and ethical festival is a free public event at Federation Square, taking place on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th December. The festival aims to promote ethical consumer choices, inspiring people to embrace their consumer power to help reduce poverty by learning about sustainable fair trade communities. Enjoy live music on stage, including Blue King Brown's Natalie Pa'apa'a, Massive and Liz Cavanagh. Indulge in exotic tastes, see the latest in socially responsible fashion and explore and enjoy the many live demonstrations and fun activities for young and old.

As part of this year's Festival, PBS will be broadcasting LIVE from the River Terrace at Federation Square on Saturday 11th December. Come down, sit on the grass and listen to the rare grooves of Switched On with Emma Peel at 1pm, followed by the rhythm, blues and funky soul of Soulgroove '66 with Pierre Baroni at 3pm.
