New music for new little people: Sonic Little Cat on The Sound Barrier!

The Sound Barrier : Playlist for Sunday 16 July 2017

Artist | Track/Song Name | Album Title | Label/Distributor | Comments

Except for the two pieces by Karlheinz Stockhausen at the beginning and end of tonight's show, all of the music is from the SONIC LITTLE CAT project of Urban Arts Berlin. The music is available there both to listen to, and to purchase at your own price. The playlist lists the artist/composer for each of these pieces, together with its title and duration. For the Stockhausen pieces, the playlist lists, after Stockhausen's name as composer, the title of the piece, and the opera it is from, the artists performing it, and the duration. These recordings, along with the complete Stockhausen catalogue, are available exclusively from the Stockhausen Foundation's online CD store.
