U-Men Special!

Junkyard for Thursday 21 December 2017

U-Men.jpg

This week on Junkyard, we'll be featuring an American rock band, formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1981 and active until 1989. They toured extensively across the United States. Their musically "dirty" sound was a forerunner for the later grunge bands to come out of Seattle. this week we'll be focusing on the U-Men, a great compilation of all of their recordings has recently been released by Sub Pop, we'll be playing singles and selected tracks from their records and discussing their musical history, should be good, looking forward to it.
