Tales From The Other Side

Michael O'Shea
Presented by Michael O'Shea
next on air Monday, 26 February 2018 - 12:00am to 2:00am

This is a show for the night owls seeking a journey into the unknown, and the insomniacs wishing to be lulled into dream. Join me every Sunday night/Monday morning as we farewell the weekend and begin a new week.

Playing experimental, avant-garde, lo-fi and ear-bending sounds. Focusing more on the loose and improvised, rather than the tight, structured or programmed. From outsider pop to hazy exotica, wonky beats to psychedelic space jams.

Expect to hear pioneering synth experimentalists, hypnagogic pop, lo-fi soul, musique concrete, cheesy lounge, free jazz, left-field hip hop, African rhythms, minimal ambient soundscapes, twisted electro and more. This is for those who dance on the inside.

Theme music – Dreaming Of A Huge Reverb, by Erik Satin
