This March, New York's "punk poet queen of extremities" Lydia Lunch is bringing to our shores 'Tales of Lust & Madness,' her new show with US musician and performing artist Joseph Keckler. Combining the dynamic spoken word of Lunch and the dark humour of Keckler, Tales of Lust & Madness brings two of New York’s most notorious performers together to create an intimate evening of provocative musical poetry. Melbourne singer-songwriters Delsinki and Mick Thomas have come together to write and record the song 'Sunkilda Sinset (A Song for Dion)' in tribute to their "dear friend and musical partner" Dion Hirini, who passed away in March 2021, just hours after playing a show with the pair and the extended cast of Keep The Circle Unbroken played in Gippsland. The Johnny Can’t Dance Cajun Band - will be performing on Southern Style on 13th February prior to their celebration of Cajun Mardi Gras at Open Studio Music House. Led by Craig Woodward on accordion/fiddle/vocal, Campbell Shaw on fiddle, Tom Kendall guitar and Lloyd O’Hanlon playing Cajun triangle they will play two-steps, one-steps, waltzes, blues and stomps from the swamps.
