Allara is a Yorta Yorta, double bass playing, looping queen who drops hard hitting spoken-word poetry. She chats to Elle about two upcoming projects that she's curating: Wurru-Wurru, which in Woiwurrung language means ‘Sacred Kingfisher’ and ‘sky’, and which sees six local artists come together to create brand new works that are rooted in traditional ways of ceremony. The second project is a collaboration with dancer and didgeridoo player Culture Evolves.
