Local DJ Asha Franco has a busy weekend ahead. On Friday night, she presents 'lil stank ass witches,' an exciting tribute to dancehall music at Miscellania. On Saturday, she plays a special set at Runner Up bar as part of Open Air At The Yards. Asha visits the Breakfast Spread to chat about both events and to play a mix on the Wheels of Steel.

Sydney-based singer-songwriter Imogen Grist has just released their debut album 'Babitha - Brighter Side of Blue' under the moniker Babitha. To celebrate the release of their debut album Babitha will be heading to Melbourne to play The Old Bar March 24. Imogen stops by the studio ahead of the gig to play a few tunes and a chat.

Following a critically acclaimed tour of the UK last year, The Three Seas embark on an extensive Australian tour throughout March and April. The international, cross-cultural ensemble fuses West Bengal and Himalayan folk song with contemporary sounds from Sydney and Kolkata. Songs from Mermaid Avenue celebrate the 25th anniversary of the iconic album by Billy Bragg and Wilco, which set new music to previously unheard lyrics folk icon Woody Guthrie. Mermaid Avenue provides an intriguing into the persona of Guthrie, revealing him to be a joker, lover, boozer that spawned the classics ‘California Stars’ and ‘Way Over Yonder In The Minor Key.' Singer-songwriter Stefanie Duzel calls by 5ft High & Rising to talk about a triple album launch at MEMO March 26.
