JJ McCann Transmission - aka James McCann - has a long history in Australian rock circles and has had a bunch of releases out in France and Spain. James' new album - his first under the new JJ McCann Transmission moniker - is called Hit With Love and features contributions from members of Bitter Sweet Kicks, Ron S Peno and the Superstitions, Los Dominados and The Happy Lonesome. Legendary '70s Perth punk group The Victims, who introduced the world to both Dave Faulkner and his original drumming partner in the Hoodoo Gurus, James Baker, are set to say a final farewell with shows in Melbourne and Sydney in early December.
