February 19 marks the precise 33rd anniversary of the day legendary AC/DC front man Bon Scott tragically died at the age of 33.
The re-invented live music venue,the Yarraville Club, will pay tribute to Bon Scott with a special and exclusive live music event featuring many of Melbourne’s most respected artists performing a never to be repeated ‘Best of Bon Scott & AC/DC’ set-list honouring Classic Rock Magazine’s #1 Rock n Roll Front Man of All Time and a man who called Melbourne his home, Bon Scott of AC/DC.
The one-off Yarraville Club Bon Scotts band features Jamie Coghill (The Devilrock Four) on drums, Carl Treasure (Indian Mynah) on lead guitar, Jimi Richardson (Bugdust) on bass and Jonny Driver (Upton Ace) on guitar, joined by a cavalcade of guest lead singers including Eliza & Talei Wolfgramm, Rusty (Electric Mary), Dave Larkin (Dallas Crane), Matt Sonic (Magic Dirt), Adam Cole (Bugdust), Chappy (My Left Boot) and Pat Carmody (My Dynamite).
This is a night for fans of Bon Scott, AC/DC and quality Australian pub rock. Get ready for ‘Highway To Hell’, ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’, ‘Riff Raff’, ‘Jailbreak’, ‘It’s A Long Way To The Top’ and many many more Bon classics.
