Melbourne's own Hardcore Punk Rock legends Clowns are set to release their debut CD/LP 'I'm Not Right' through Poison City Records on Oct 10. The record is 12 tracks a pure mayhem, which have been recorded at Birdland Studios with illustrious producer Lindsay Gravina (Cosmic Psychos, Magic Dirt, The Living End) and Rob Long.
The record demonstrates Clowns ability to draw contrasting influences (from 80's American hardcore, Aussie pub rock and more modern punk rock sounds) and roll it all into one fast paced blast of music that just caps over 21 minutes. From 3.30 minute punk rock tracks to 30 second explosions of hardcore, I'm Not Right is the perfect representation of the sound that Clowns have subjected their fans to at over 170 gigs in their 3 and a half year life as a band.
