A biennial showcase of contemporary artworks produced by artists who live, work or learn in the City of Darebin.
Presented at the historic Bundoora Homestead Art Centre, this year's Darebin Art Show features a record number of 134 entries. Come along to see each artist reveal a unique perspective or story through their artwork.
Through a myriad of media, the artists have conveyed their concerns about cultural, environmental, political and social issues with passion and imagination.
Well known artists represented this year include Katherine Hattam, Emily Ferretti, Peta Clancy, Rosalind Atkins and Warren Lane.
The Darebin Art Show is an acquisitive contemporary art prize with awards to the value of $10,000 sponsored by Darebin City Council.
