For the first time this year One Night Stanza will be part of the MEL&NYC program at Footscray Community Arts Centre.
FOOTSCRAY & BROOKLYN BLOCK PARTY
Brooklyn’s DJ Jive Poetic brings his power, words, wisdom and energy to Footscray in homage to the Brooklyn block party scene. Jive will be joined by a host of local and interstate artists, coming together in a night of collisions, connections and joy.
Along with a live performance, the internationally renowned poet will also facilitate a free performance poetry workshop to get you writing and performing.
