On Wednesday March 8, PBS will bring you a special day of broadcasting for International Women’s Day, with an array of fantastic guest announcers and a killer live set.
The Breakfast Spread kicks off IWD with a HUGE all-star line up of Josie Smart, Roj Amedi and Triana Hernandez co-hosting with Beth AQ in the studio, plus guests including Sarah Occhino, Hannah Donnelly, Parvyn Kaur Bennett, and Ajak Kwai.
Helen Jennings teams up with special guest Kelly Auty to bring us a rockin' Roots of Rhythm, then at 11am Jane Hendry will be taking the wheel with sweet female harmonies until 1pm. Jan Dale jumps on the blues from 1-3pm, and DJ Lady Soul brings the soul ladies to the front from 3-5pm.
On The Afterglow, Lyndelle Wilkinson will host a fantastic IWD Studio 5 Live special with Melbourne noir-country crooners Broads.

If you're staying in, our evening listening steps up with Against the Tide with Monica from 7-8pm, then Ruby Soho hands out the late night shocks and treats until 10pm. Rounding off the night, get into your pojamas for two hours of heavy riffs and dreamy doom with Claire Dickson. Plus, even though International Women's Day will technically be over, Madi Wright will be continuing the celebrations on Be Suburban with a smorgasbord of wonderful guests selecting some of their favourite sister-songs including Emma Russack, BABY BLUE and more from midnight til 2am!
