Head to the Malahang Community Festival for an afternoon of family-friendly music, games, food and more!
The main stage will feature multicultural music and dance from many sectors of the community. The community stage will host Banyule Has Talent with local acts and choirs between heats. The melting pot stage will focus on the many flavours of Heidelberg West with community gardens donating veggies and herbs to satisfy every taste.
There will be delicious food stalls with vegan, Halal, vegetarian options from The Gozleme Station, Dum & Dumpling, a community BBQ and much more! There is something tasty for everyone!
The sporting fields will be filled with activities with the Melbourne City Football Club setting up a pitch for 5-on-a-side Soccer games, Rec-Link will run volleyball all day, Melbourne disc golf playing in the trees and Quidditch for our Harry Potter enthusiasts!
There will be plenty to do with stallholders providing everything from personalizing your own boomerang bag, henna tattoos, monster bubbles, making a cloak to dancersize.
