Each year, the Melbourne Blues Appreciation Society (MBAS) searches the nation over for the PBS 106.7FM Blues Performer of the Year. 2011 winners Dreamboogie are now poised to travel to the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, to represent MBAS.
To help raise a little more cash to cover their travel expenses, MBAS are hosting a gig at The Greyhound Hotel on Sunday 22nd January, featuring Ash Grunwald, Sweet Felicia & the Honeytones, Dan Dinnen, Chris Wilson, Jimi Hocking, Paulie Bignell, members of Cold Snap, Mr Black & Blues and Alister Turrill.
Entry is $20 or $15 for PBS and MBAS members. Doors at 5.30pm, and the show runs from 6- 10pm.
