Australia's punk-rock heavyweights The Meanies have a brand new record, Desperate Measures, out Wednesday 8 July via Cheersquad Records and Tapes.
Engineered at St. Kilda's Hothouse Audio by Jez Giddings and Craig Harnath and produced by Link Meanie and Craig, Desperate Measures is a 10-track onslaught of hard-hitting Meanies numbers that evoke the classic sounds that cemented the band as an iconic fixture in the annals of Australian music over 25 years ago.
Desperate Measures marks the first studio album from the band since their victorious 2015 comeback record It’s Not Me, It’s You amassed a slew of standout album reviews across the country and reignited Australia’s longstanding love affair with the influential punk-rock outfit.
