‘War Witch’ is a compelling film about a 12 year-old girl in a war torn community and her engrossing account of being a child soldier. The proceeds from your ticket will improve the lives of children, affected by war, at Peace Palette’s Nhomlau Children’s Centre in South Sudan.
Performance from local South Soudanese artist Ror Akot is also included at the screening. Ror is a 16 year old Hip Hop Artist born in South Sudan. In 2005, at the age of 9 he immigrated to Australia along with his mother, brothers and sisters.
