PepperCreek Revival come together to explore new ideas and create a new look and sound, delving into all the nooks and crannies of folk, country, blues and rock with lap steel, mandolin, acoustic and electric guitars.
PepperCreek Revival have released two singles to date that reflect these aims perfectly. Latest single ‘I’m Dreaming’ perfectly showcases the talents of singer/songwriter Kelly Auty and PepperCreek Revival, which is made up of experienced musicians Brian Fraser on lap steel, electric and acoustic guitars, vocals; Roland Kretschmer on electric and acoustic guitars, mandolin, banjo, Dobro, ukulele, vocals; and drummer and vocalist Nick Carrafa, alongside band founder Barry Hills on bass.
Drawing influences from artists such as Aretha Franklin, Iris Dement and Lindi Ortega, PepperCreek Revival move seamlessly from slide guitar drenched country to mandolin and acoustic guitar ballads, to dancing rock ‘n roll.
