Phil K has been a great friend to many people around the world, but it is here in his home town Melbourne that he made the biggest impact on the lives of so many people. Both his music and passionate loving character pioneered the way for not only a culture but a true sense of community that goes with it.

This is why we are now asking that community to band together for what is the greatest gift that we can give back to a person that both inspired and enriched so many lives.

Last July Phil K was diagnosed with terminal cancer, we have attached a written statement to our event page by Phil if you would like to know more about what trials and tribulations he has fought to stay with us today. In brief, we almost lost him and he is only here today because of his determination and positive manner that he holds within himself.

Together we can help prolong Phil's life by helping him financially. There is a new treatment that can extend his life however it comes with a hefty $20,000 bill (per year) So let's help Phil and let's make it fun to do with a wicked party with the biggest local lineup that Melbourne has ever seen in the one venue to not only raise money and awareness to this heroic story but also celebrate that he is still here with us.

The Phil K Community Fundraiser is on Saturday March 30 at La Di Da with all funds raised going towards Phil's medication. Featuring three rooms of music with performances from:
