Headed by audacious Soul Diva Lisa Faithfull, Melbourne Band SOUL SAFARI are making big waves in the Australian Music Industry and they should be proud.
From humble roots to international airplay since the release of their single ‘The Weather’ last November the band have had a massive tour schedule on their plate, between constant festival appearances, 2 National Tours and Sold out Shows across the country its hard to believe the band have had any time for recording. But this year has been very successful one for these guys having already released a full length Live Ep, played alongside some of the countries biggest stars and they are about to release their much anticipated new single!
‘The Programme’ the first single from their Debut Album, will drop in a massive FREE Launch Party event on Saturday the 5th July at Bar Open. Along with the theme of the single Soul Safari will donate $2 from every single sold on the night to ReachOut.com, an organization that helps young people dealing with body image issues.
The party will feature Melbournes best and Soul Safaris favorite bands The Putbacks and DJ MzRizk from Melbournes KISS FM with lots of giveaways and special surprise guests for the crowd.
Soul Safari will debut the first live performance of the new single ‘The Programme’ Live on air during Studio 5 live with Mr Vince Peach one of their biggest supporters.
Make sure you tune in on the 2nd July to be first to hear the track live and get down to the party on the 5th and see what all the fuss is about, these guys are quickly developing a SAFARI ARMY of followers so get in EARLY.
