Twilight Sounds is Banyule's flagship music event - a fantastic FREE evening of local and popular Australian musicians playing in the relaxing natural environment of Sills Bend in Heidelberg. The 2019 event delivered a warm evening of melodic tunes, set against the backdrop of a beautiful park embraced by the Yarra River.

Cash Savage & The Last Drinks
Having towered over festival audiences at Golden Plains, Boogie and Sydney Festival, selling out Melbourne venues, and earning rave reviews, Cash Savage and the Last Drinks are on a mighty roll. An incandescent live band at the height of their powers, led by their mighty front woman, whose potent lyrics and impassioned delivery articulate the personal-political issues of these times with all her heart, guts and grit. Known for their epic live shows, Cash Savage and The Last Drinks released their fourth studio album Good Citizens in 2018.
Cookin' On 3 Burners w/ Stella Angelico
Joining the dots between Deep Funk, Raw Soul, Organ Jazz and Boogaloo, their funky set is squarely placed at the dance floor and then Sunday afternoon BBQ. Cookin' On 3 Burners will bring it all to a boiling point with smokin' soulstress Stella Angelico. With the Kungs vs Cookin' On 3 Burners version of their classic soul joint 'This Girl' hitting number one in France, Germany and the UK earning them a nomination for 'Song of the Year' at the 2016 ARIA Awards.

She recently released a new e.p, new single, 3 Age Music Victoria Award Nominations, plus festival appearances at Nannup Music Festival, Boogie Festival, Gumball, Broadbeach Country Music Festival - and many more! With a voice that floats between Maybelle Carter, Dolly Parton and Skip James, Freya Josephine Hollick is a lady not to be missed.
