After a triumphant debut Australian tour in 2009 which saw sell out shows, electrifying performances and a legion of new fans turned on to the old world cool of Kitty, Daisy & Lewis, the trio are now pleased to announce two special side shows around their return Australian visit at the end of 2010.
Along with shows at Falls Festivals, Southbound and Sunset Sounds the band will be playing side shows in both Melbourne at Billboard and for the very first time Adelaide where they will play Fowlers Live.
Since 2005 Kitty, Daisy & Lewis have been thrilling audiences around the globe both live and on their self-titled debut album with their modernist take on r&b, jump blues, country & western, swing and old time rock ‘n’ roll.
The three siblings, joined live by their parents Graeme and Ingrid are all multi-instrumentalists, throwing themselves completely into the music, breathing new life into primitive sounds, reinventing and reinvigorating styles from times gone by. As Australian audiences have already witnessed, a Kitty, Daisy & Lewis show is a non-stop, hands in the air party with dancing in the aisles and maximum good times.
