The Heart of St Kilda concert raises funds for Sacred Heart Mission’s dining hall which serves about 160,000 breakfasts and lunches each year to people experiencing homelessness. Now in its seventh year, this highlight of the Melbourne live music and comedy calendar draws Australia’s finest and this year is no exception, with RocKwiz co- presenter, Brian Nankervis as the MC:

Musicians performing on the night will be:

The Basics: Featuring Wally De Backer (aka Gotye) Kris Schroeder and Tim Heath, their music spans genres like reggae, ska, country, and electro-pop.
Colleen Hewett: Two times crowned Queen of Pop in the 1970s, her entertainment career has covered pop, musical theatre and television.
Vika and Linda Bull: Have forged a stellar career with their vocal blend of Tongan, gospel, blues and country after launching with the Black Sorrows, and performing with the likes of Paul Kelly.
Dick Diver: This four piece band’s 2013 album Calendar Days has been named by The Guardian as the best Australian album of the Year.
Ash Naylor: Vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter for lauded mod-pop group Even, now making waves as a solo artist.
Uncle Jack Charles: Jack is an actor, musician, and gifted performer but in his nearly 70 years, he also has a very colourful past. His performances shine a spotlight on one of Australia’s near forgotten treasures.
Melbourne Ska Orchestra: This upbeat 25 piece band has been smashing audiences in Australia and New Zealand picking up awards and nominations aplenty since their debut release last year.
Billy Miller: Founder of the Ferrets, of No 1 hit Don’t Fall in Love fame, he’s more recently been working with Stephen Cummings and producing film soundtracks.
Rebecca Barnard: Rebecca’s Empire emotive lead singer and songwriter, a darling of the music scene as a solo artist and collaborator
Tim Rogers: ARIA award winning, platinum and gold record music icon, shot to fame as front-man of You Am I.
The Caravan Choir: The power of close to 100 voices raises the roof, as they back the likes of Tim Rogers, Billy Miller and Rebecca Barnard.
Phil Ceberano: Guitarist, collaborator, co-writer, co-producer with his sister Kate and on array of musical and entertainment projects. Phil will appear with The SoulRockSupersound.

Julia Morris: Australia’s First Lady of Comedy, who’s shared the stage with comedy royalty like Jason Alexander, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Lewis and Robin Williams during a triumphant career
Charles Pickering: Comedian, writer, broadcaster. Charles appeared nightly on The Project on Channel 10 and as a regular guest on ABC’s Talkin' 'Bout Your Generation
Greg Champion: His unique combination of sports parodies and country/folk music captures what it is to be Australian.
Elliot Goblet: Deadpan delivery and wicked one-liners are the trademark of this iconic comedy character.
Tegan Higginbotham: Since reaching the National Finals of Class Clowns in 2005 she has performed at every Melbourne International Comedy Festival and has received rave reviews for her solo shows.
Dean Atkinson: His energetic blend of ventriloquism, comedy and audience participation leaves the crowd in hysterics.
Tripod: “Sometimes Five Stars isn’t enough” gushed the Scotsman newspaper about this musical trio after one scorching season at the Edinburgh Festival, they are a beloved fixture of the Australian comedy scene.
