Black Wax

Meeting through a mutual admiration for jazz and house, John Henderson is a collaboration between On-Ly (Joshua ‘John’ Smeltink) and Horatio Luna (Henry ‘Henderson’ Hicks). The project draws on influences from Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, John Coltrane, and Miles Davis, featuring a wide repertoire of jazz and the aesthetics of the trio.
