Radio Festival 2019 Prize Competition Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Entry. To be eligible for the prize competition entrants must purchase a membership of PBS 106.7FM (Progressive Broadcasting Service Limited) during the PBS 106.7FM Radio Festival 2019. The contest commences 00.00am Wednesday 1st May 2019 and closes 11.59pm Sunday 30th June 2019. The contest is open to citizens and residents of Australia of all ages. All prizes are to be given away by random computer generated selection. Entries will be accepted by post to PBS 106.7FM, PO Box 2917, FITZROY MDC, VIC 3065, AUSTRALIA; by internet via www.pbsfm.org.au; by telephone on (03) 8415 1067; by fax on (03) 8415 1831 or in person at PBS 106.7FM 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066, AUSTRALIA. Paid employees, directors and key volunteers of PBS 106.7FM (ABN 35 055 984 865) are not eligible to win.

All entrants who purchase any type of membership from 1 May 2019 until and including 13 May 2019 are eligible to win the daily prize for Monday, 13 May 2019. All entrants who purchase any type of membership on one of the thirteen days from Tuesday 14 May 2019 to Sunday 26 May 2019 are eligible to win that Daily Prize of that date each day starts at 00.00am and ends 11.59pm. All entrants are eligible to win one of the Five Main Prizes. Only performers who purchase a Performer Membership are eligible for the Performer Prizes. Only people who are twelve years and younger and nominated by people who purchase a Junior Membership are eligible for the Junior Prize. Only people who purchase a Business Membership are eligible for the Business Prize. Only pets nominated by people who purchase a membership for their pets are eligible for the Pets prize. Only people who purchase a Friend for Decade Membership or a Friend for Life Membership are eligible for the Friend for Life/Friend for a Decade prize.

If an entrant wins a Daily Prize, they are still eligible to win one of the Major Prizes.

The Major Prizes will be drawn in the following order: Main First Prize; Main Second Prize; Main Third Prize; Main Fourth Prize; Main Fifth Prize; Performer Prize; Junior Prize; Business Prize; Pets Prize; Friend for Decade/ Friend for Life Prize. Once an entrant wins a Major Prize they are no longer eligible for further Major Prizes. Prizes are not transferable unless otherwise stated and are not redeemable for cash.

The Major Prize draw will be conducted at PBS 106.7FM, 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066, commencing 2.00 pm on Tuesday 2nd July 2019, and announced on air Wednesday 3rd July.

All Daily and Major Prize winners will be contacted by telephone on the day of the relevant draw. All Daily and Major Prize winners will be announced on-air on the date of the relevant draw. All Daily and Major Prize winners will receive notice of their win by post or email within 7 working days of the date of the relevant draw. All Daily and Major Prize winners will be published on www.pbsfm.org.au from Thursday 4th July 2019 for a month.

All Daily and Major Prizes must be collected from PBS 106.7FM at 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066 by 2pm Thursday 15th August 2019. If prizes are not claimed by this period an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 2pm on Thursday 22nd August 2019 at PBS 106.7FM, 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066. Winners of this prize draw (if it is necessary) will receive notice of their win by post or email within 7 working days and will be published on pbsfm.org.au from Friday 23rd of August 2019 for a month.

Neither PBS 106.7FM nor the donor sponsors of the prizes are responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Information gained through this promotion is for the exclusive use of PBS 106.7FM and will not be provided to any third party. All prize values were correct at the time of printing. 1. Three week day rehearsals in the best/largest room available at Bakehouse studios. // 2. Valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw and is not transferable. The prize should be mentioned when making the booking and applies to a weekday booking only, for up to 5 tracks/25 mins length (total value $660 inc GST). Revisions or extra tracks are billable extra (although your PBS 10% member discount is also applicable). If attending the session you must endeavour to arrive at the agreed time. Unattended sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion, depending on other bookings/deadlines. A late fee may apply for cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice given. We encourage allowing time to live with your mixes to be sure you’re happy with them prior to the mastering session. Preferred mix format to supply: 24 bit wav files at their original sample rate, no normalising, peak limiting or clipping. // 3.
