Radio Festival 2021 Prize Competition Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Entry. To be eligible for the prize competition entrants must purchase a membership of PBS 106.7FM (Progressive Broadcasting Service Limited) during the PBS 106.7FM Radio Festival 2021. The contest commences 00.00am Saturday 1st May 2021 and closes 11.59pm Wednesday 30th June 2021. The contest is open to citizens and residents of Australia of all ages. All prizes are to be given away by random computer-generated selection. Entries will be accepted by post to PBS 106.7FM, PO Box 2917, FITZROY MDC, VIC 3065, AUSTRALIA; by internet via www.pbsfm.org.au; by telephone on (03) 8415 1067; by fax on (03) 8415 1831 or in person at PBS 106.7FM 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066, AUSTRALIA. Paid employees, directors and key volunteers of PBS 106.7FM (ABN 35 055 984 865) are not eligible to win.

All entrants who purchase any type of membership from 1 May 2021 until and including 17 May 2021 are eligible to win the daily prize for Monday 17 May 2021. All entrants who purchase any type of membership on one of the thirteen days from Tuesday 18 May 2020 to Sunday 30 May 2020 are eligible to win that Daily Prize of that date. Each day starts at 00.00am and ends 11.59pm. All entrants are eligible to win one of the Five Major Prizes. Only performers who purchase a Performer Membership are eligible for the Performer Prizes. Only people who are twelve years and younger and nominated by people who purchase a Junior Membership are eligible for the Junior Prize. Only people who purchase a Business Membership are eligible for the Business Prize. Only pets nominated by people who purchase a membership for their pets are eligible for the Pets prize. Only people who purchase a Friend for Decade Membership are eligible for the Friend for Decade prize. Only people who purchase a Friend for Life Membership are eligible for the Friend for Life prize.

The Daily Prizes (2021) will be drawn by random computer-generated selection in the following sequence: Daily Prize Monday 17 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Tuesday 18 May; Daily Prize Tuesday 18 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Wednesday 19 May; Daily Prize Wednesday 19 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Thursday 20 May; Daily Prize Thursday 20 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Friday 21 May; Daily Prize Friday 21 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Saturday 22 May; Daily Prize Saturday 22 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Sunday 23 May Prize; Daily Prize Sunday 23 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Monday 24 May; Daily Prize Monday 24 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Tuesday 25 May; Daily Prize Tuesday 25 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Wednesday 26 May; Daily Prize Wednesday 26 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Thursday 27 May; Daily Prize Thursday 27 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Friday 28 May; Daily Prize Friday 28 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Saturday 29 May; Daily Prize Saturday 29 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Sunday 30 May; and Daily Prize Sunday 30 May to be drawn at 9.15am on Monday 31st May. The Major Prizes will be drawn in the following order: Major First Prize; Major Second Prize; Major Third Prize; Major Fourth Prize; Major Fifth Prize; Performer Prize; Junior Prize; Business Prize; Pets Prize; Friend for Decade Prize; Friend for Life Prize. Once an entrant wins a Major Prize they are no longer eligible for further Major Prizes. Prizes are not transferable unless otherwise stated and are not redeemable for cash.

The Major Prize draw will be conducted at PBS 106.7FM, 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066, commencing 2.00 pm on Wednesday 7th July 2021, and announced on air Friday 9th July.

All Daily and Major Prize winners will be contacted by telephone on the day of the relevant draw. All Daily and Major Prize winners will be announced on-air on the date of the relevant draw. All Daily and Major Prize winners will receive notice of their win by post or email within 7 working days of the date of the relevant draw. All Daily and Major Prize winners will be published on www.pbsfm.org.au from Friday 9th July 2021 for a month.

All Daily and Major Prizes must be collected from PBS 106.7FM at 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066 by 2pm Thursday 12th August 2021. If prizes are not claimed by this period an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 2pm on Thursday 19th August 2021 at PBS 106.7FM, 47 Easey Street, COLLINGWOOD, VIC, 3066. Winners of this prize draw (if it is necessary) will receive notice of their win by post or email within 7 working days and will be published on pbsfm.org.au from Friday 20th of August 2021 for a month.

Neither PBS 106.7FM nor the donor sponsors of the prizes are responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Prizes may be subject to change due to the COVID-19 pandemic. PBS takes no responsibility if some of the prizes upon redeeming are no longer available from prize donors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time of printing all prizes were available from donating partners. Information gained through this promotion is for the exclusive use of PBS 106.7FM and will not be provided to any third party. All prize values were correct at the time of printing. 1 – valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw and is not transferrable. The prize should be mentioned when booking and applies to a weekday booking only, for up to 5 tracks/25 mins length approx (total value $715 inc GST). Revisions or extra tracks are billable extra (although your PBS 10% member discount is also applicable). If attending the session you must endeavour to arrive at the agreed time. Unattended sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion, depending on other bookings' deadlines. A late fee may apply for cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice given. We encourage allowing time to live with your mixes to be sure you're happy with them prior to the mastering session. Preferred mix format to supply: 24 bit wav files at their original sample rate, no normalising, peak limiting or clipping.
