Following her 2019 interstellar-inspired debut, The Grand Tour, Melbourne based musician BATTS turned her sights back to earth on her sophomore album, The Nightline. Collaborating with American artists Sharon Van Etten & Deep Sea Diver, BATTS produced The Nightline in the Australian bush with analogue warmth and synth-pop psychedelica at its core. Tune in to Underground Love to hear BATTS chat with Jordan about the album while she serenades us with a couple of live, stripped down songs.

'A Print of the Sun' is the debut album of L.A. Mood, solo project of multi-instrumentalist and producer Dave Mudie. Inspired by a longing for the sun in places where it can seem hard to find, and written and recorded across Melbourne, Portland (USA) and Castlemaine. The album sees 60s harmonies, bright guitars and psychedelia mixed with plenty of grit, distortion and thumping drums. Dave stops by the station to talk to Crispi about the album.
