Mondo Freaks

Preparing for this night their entire existence, Mondo Freaks have just released their first single, 'Bells Are Ringing'. Inspired by the crisp funk sounds of the late ‘70s and early ‘80s as it eased out of disco, the single is the first offering from their debut LP and will be launched into the universe at The John Curtin Hotel on January 31. Zydeco Jump

Getting back together for a very special show at MEMO Music Hall on February 9th, and returning to their spiritual home of St Kilda, is Zydeco Jump, the blues band that's been around since 1989. It will be the first time in 30 years that the extraordinary multi-instrumentalist and singer, Gerry Hale, joins the band, and they promise it will be a night to remember.
