Courtyard Cantina, back by popular demand in 2016!
Every Friday night in February from 5-9pm, the Immigration Museum’s courtyard will transform into a vibrant outdoor fiesta. These free events will offer visitors the chance to delight in the last of the long summer evenings while enjoying pop-up bars, authentic foods from around the world, live music and DJs.
Courtyard Cantina gives Melbournians the opportunity to experience the Museum as they never have before. Cantina guests will have a rare opportunity to explore the glorious Old Customs House after dark. Entry during this time will be half price, meaning for just $7 guests will have full access to the Museum’s extensive collection and temporary exhibitions as well as free wine tastings featuring a selection of wines from France, Spain and Italy. Proudly presented by PBS 106.7 FM and with a special outside broadcast live from the courtyard on Feb 12!
