Atlanta’s garage-rock provocateurs Black Lips kick off their first Australian tour in eight years on Friday 3 March. Gut Health, The Maggie Pills, Los Scallywaggs and GHOULIES are just a few names joining the band on the tour, hitting up venues in Wollongong, Sydney and Brisbane and Fremantle. Ahead of their first show, the band drops in on Fang It! to play a few of their favourite tracks with Ruari. Tune in Thursday from 5pm.

Firetail HQ is very happy to announce the release of their first single 'Papier Mache Cave.' Available from March 2, it is the first single from their upcoming debut album. This 3-minute instrumental has all the energy of a boiling kettle that's preparing to make sweet mint tea. Musically emerging from the dark years of lockdowns, curfews and panic, 'Papier Mache Cave' screams into the storm of uncertainty. Bassist Jamie McElhinney talks to Lyndelle about the single.

Celebrating the release of her debut single 'Broken Line' vocalist Tracey Miller takes up residency at Shotkickers every Wednesday in March. 'Broken Line' was inspired by the story of the Japanese Wind Phone (Kaze No Denwa), a disconnected phone built by Itaro Sasaki in 2010 as a coping mechanism after the death of his cousin, as well as the many fond years Tracey spent living and singing in Japan. Tracey talks to Lyndelle about her March residency at Shotkickers.
